Yes, the K-Factors are set by the manufacture and are specific to each serialized unit. The K-factor is put on a tag and zip tied to the neck of the meter.
My Meter is missing its K-Factor number, how can I get it?
Badger Meter keeps record of all of the K-Factors. If you provide them with the serial number of your meter, they can give you the K-Factor.
