Establishing credit with Kimray provides your company with 3 key benefits: convenience, organization, and partnership. Without Kimray credit, all products must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

What is the Process?
Applying for credit requires a few different steps to get started.
To begin, complete the form in its entirety. All pertinent information must be entered in their required fields.
We will send you an email confirming that we have received your application.
We will reach out to your bank and business references and wait for their responses.
Once your references have responded, we will reach out to you and let you know your credit status.
What is a typical timeline?
Every application is unique, but on average the process takes about a month. Applications for less than $10,000 may process more quickly as they do not require response from all references. If there are delays from your references, here's what you can expect.
After 3 weeks: We will contact you if we have not heard back from your references
After 5 weeks: We will contact you again if we have not heard back from your references
After 3 months: We will withdraw your application if we have not received the information we need to process your application

What do I need to complete my application?
The application must be completed in one session and cannot be saved incomplete. Before you begin the application process, please ensure you have your:
- DNBi Number
- Bank Reference Contact Info
- Contact info for three business references
What are Kimray's terms and conditions?
Kimray requires payment due net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise indicated on the invoice. You can see our complete terms and conditions here.
How do I know if I need an MSA?
An MSA is typically only needed if Kimray plans to be on your site to provide service or repair.
Can I expedite my application?
Applications for $10,000 or less may be expedited past the references check.
My references are not responding, what do I do?
We recommend you contact your references to encourage them to respond to our request. If this does not work, email credit@kimray.com to provide new references.
What if I need product before my application has been approved?
If you need something now, you can always use ACH, wire, or credit card. Contact your local Kimray store for assistance.
Can I raise my credit limit at a later date?
A request for a credit limit increase may be submitted following at least 6 months of positive activity.
