This product notice is to inform you that some RNB and RTR repair kits were shipped without an o-ring, part 802HSN.

Repair kits missing this o-ring were sent out between June 1 and August 2, 2018. Repair kits shipped after August 2 contain all correct parts.

Here are your next steps:

  • Check your stock of RNB and RTR repair kits for a stamped manufacture date between 6/1/2018 and 8/2/2018.
  • A date within this range indicates that the repair kit will be missing the o-ring.
  • Contact our Customer Service team at 405-525-4298, or your local Kimray store, to report how many o-rings you need for replacements and she will send those to you.
