Troop Bullard is president of the Garman Kimmell Family Council whose purpose is to perpetuate the legacy of Kimray’s founder and ensure the company stays true to the mission, values, and culture embodied in “The Kimray Way.”
Troop is secondary headmaster of Christian Heritage Academy in Del City, Oklahoma. After graduating from CHA in 1989, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bob Jones University and then returned to CHA where he has taught computer science, pre-algebra, geometry, and Algebra 2, and coached football and basketball. Troop later earned a Master of Education degree in Secondary Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University to equip him for his current role as secondary headmaster.
Troop was instrumental in crafting a long-term vision for CHA, called Vision 2031, and has led several student trips to serve in Brazil, Haiti, Roatan, and Montana. Troop and his wife Karen are blessed with eight children.
