Troop Bullard

Director of Family Governance, Kimray

Troop Bullard is the Director of Family Governance at Kimray and President of the Garman Kimmell Family Council whose purposes are to perpetuate the legacy of Kimray’s founder and ensure the company stays true to the mission, values, and culture embodied in “The Kimray Way.” He also serves on Kimray’s board of directors.

Before working at Kimray, Troop served in education for 32 years at Christian Heritage Academy in Del City, Oklahoma. After graduating from CHA in 1989, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bob Jones University and then returned to CHA where he has taught computer science, pre-algebra, geometry, and Algebra 2, and coached football and basketball. Troop later earned a Master of Education degree in Secondary Administration from Oklahoma Wesleyan University to equip him for his role as secondary headmaster.  He resigned from this position in 2025.

Troop was instrumental in crafting a long-term vision for CHA, called Vision 2031, and has led several student trips to serve in Brazil, Haiti, Roatan, and Montana. Troop and his wife Karen have been married 32 years and are blessed with eight children and nine grandchildren.
