Scope
This policy applies to all personal data processed via the Site by or on behalf of Kimray. We may update the content on or offered through the Site from time to time. Logging Practices
Kimray’s web servers automatically record the Internet Protocol (IP) addresses of visitors. The IP address is a unique number assigned to every computer on the internet. Generally, an IP address changes each time you connect to the internet (it is a “dynamic” address). Note, however, that if you have a broadband connection, depending on your individual circumstance, the IP address that we collect may contain information that could be deemed identifiable. As well as recording the IP addresses of users, Kimray may also keep track of sites that users visited immediately prior to visiting Kimray’s website and the search terms they used to find it. Kimray endeavors to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. If we require more time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period, along with the reason for the delay. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at our option. Our response will also explain why we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
