The Tritex Electric Actuator is a fast-acting, zero-emission actuator for Kimray High Pressure Control Valves. It features a Class 1, Div 2 rating and an actuation speed of 5 inches per second.
Because it uses battery power rather than pneumatic, it avoids issues with rapid deterioration of parts due to condensate in the gas stream.
Electric Pilot
The Kimray Electric Pilot is a stand-alone electric controller that can control pressure, flow, temperature, or level. It features an interactive screen and allows you to control process conditions without the use of a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), or any other computing hardware.
Producers in the Marcellus-Utica appreciate the ease of use and price compared to an RTU or PLC. Electric control products have a reputation for being complicated and difficult for users to install and configure. Therefore, we designed the Electric Pilot to be simple enough for a general field operator to operate without outside assistance.
