This product notice is to inform you that we have made the following key improvements to the 2" Kimray High Pressure Control Valve bodies 493, 494, 496, a nd 497:

  1. The tag has been upgraded from aluminum to stainless steel
  2. There is now more information on the tag, including an area provided for electric actuator applications
  3. The sense port has been relocated for better function
  4. The valve body is compliant with MSS SP-25 (Standard Marking System for Valves, Fittings, Flanges, and Unions)
  5. The valve meets requirements for ASME B16.34 compliance

The new body style will begin shipping after January 1, 2018.
