Board Secretary
Kay Hill is the daughter of Garman Kimmell who was the founder and President of Kimray for almost six decades. Kay served her father as his secretary and financial assistant for 35 years. In 1963, she married Tom Hill who serves as Board Chairman.
Kay is the mother of three and grandmother of twenty, grateful for being a stay-at-home mom throughout their upbringing. She has traveled with her husband to 17 foreign countries on six continents to teach Character First principles and helped her husband author the book, Making Character First, published in 2010.
Working closely with her father and husband for many years, she has a passion and vision for Kimray and a concern for the success of each team member.
