HRIS Data Analyst
Job Summary: Supporting the People & Culture team, you will play a vital role in driving data-driven decision-making and providing valuable insights into the culture at Kimray. Your primary focus will be on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting relevant data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving processes and initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data analysis tools, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful reports and presentations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations and other revelant systems.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
- Use data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain People & Culture dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate People & Culture data and insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analyses and predictive modelling to support People & Culture initiatives and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Serve as system administrator for all People & Culture platforms including HCM, LMS, etc.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive People & Culture initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop customized reports and analyics to meet their needs.
- Monitor People & Culture data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Stay updated with trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance data analysis capabilities.
- Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including system implementations, process improvements, and automation.
- Maintain data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive data.
- Collaborate with IT or external vendors to optimize data management systems and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Support data requirements for regulatory reporting, audits, and compliance purposes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy in People & Culture data analytics.

Qualifications:
- One (1) years' experience in HR data analytics.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG Preferred) and their data structures, including data extraction and manipulation.
- Knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques, including correlation analysis, regression and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Excel, R, Python, SQL or other statistical software.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analyzing HR data.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with HR data analysis trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experience in the HR domain or working closely with HR stakeholders is preferred.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field required
- HR certifications or additional training in data analysis or statistics is a plus.
