This product notice is to inform you that all 2” Lever Operated Dump Valves will now come standard with a 316 Stainless Steel hub, P/N 7613S6.
The benefit of this is consolidation of parts. Now one hub will be used in both the standard and “S6” versions of all 2” Lever Operated Dump Valves. There will be no increase in the price as a result of this change.
The mating part, 7609 shaft, will continue to be the standard shaft for 2” Lever Operated Dump Valves, but now the 316 Stainless Steel shaft, 7609S6, is available for the “S6” options.
This is subsequent to the release of the new style hub and shaft connections with dual flats to reduce rotational play in April 2021. (See link for details.) The “S6” option now has this same design.
New inventory with these changes will reach stores and customers approximately 2/21/22.

As noted previously, if you or your customers are currently having issues with rotational play in your 2” Lever Operated Dump Valve, or if you want to proactively replace the hubs and shafts in your existing stock, we would like to send you replacement components free of charge.
