The Field Service Technician I is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the sales locations. Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches and managing all on-site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks.

Works with customers to identify failures in our products and recommends the correct solution to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Warehouse Clerk I ensures daily functions and procedures of the warehouse are followed. Specific roles may include receiving, order pulling, material handling, or shipping functions.
