Maximizes the effectiveness of the sales force by determining and solving training needs. Leads classroom, field, and online training for team members covering sales processes, product, and basic industry knowledge.

This role offers technical guidance to the sales team and customers, aiding in issue resolution and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additionally, they assist with product specifications, troubleshooting, and documentation, acting as a link between sales and engineering to facilitate sales transactions. TSS specialists serve as customer advocates, functioning as the connection between our direct sales team, customers, and our manufacturing operations. They will also support Kimray's distributors by processing all quotes and orders, as well as assisting with returns, credits, and other essential duties to aid distributors.
