Control the pressure in your gas or liquid system with our compact Pressure Regulators or High Pressure Regulator Packages. Both can use the gas* from the system as the supply to actuate the valve. We can also build a custom regulator package for Hi-Low Regulation, Gap Control, Worker Monitor, Redundant Regulation, or any other need you have. *Gas used for actuation must be relatively clean and dry. Liquid pressure regulators require an outside supply of air or gas, except for our Spring Loaded Back Pressure Regulators.
High Pressure Control Valve
Used as a Dump Valve, or Pressure Regulator by adding a Kimray Pressure Pilot. Operated by control of a pneumatic input signal to open or close the valve depending on its configuration. Optional Zero Emissions electric actuation for all uses.
Low Pressure Control Valve
Used as a Burner Valve, or Dump Valve for oil and water on low-pressure separators, emulsion treaters and other similar liquid accumulators or metering vessels.
Liquid Level Control
Available in pneumatic and electric, these controllers sense the liquid level in any pressurized vessel and send a remote signal to a control valve or other device. Catalytic Heater Enclosure Packages will help alleviate freezing and hydrate formation in applications that may involve some combination of large pressure cuts, low ambient temperatures, and potential for liquids in the gas stream.

Mechanical Dump Valve
For emissions-free liquid level control, our mechanical dump valves and trunnion assemblies have a simple design that is reliable, easy to set up, and will stand up to harsh environments. Upstream vs downstream pressure in the valve is balanced via communication of the process fluid above and below the balancing diaphragm or piston in order to eliminate opening/closing forces due to pressure differential.
Ideal for emissions-free level control in heater treaters and salt water disposal systems, this valve actuates based on the hydrostatic pressure generated from the column of liquid in the discharge piping from the vessel. The height of water column can be field adjusted by moving the weight on the arm in or out. Operates on liquid head height from 2 ft to 4 ft, with options up to 12 ft.
Commonly used for controlling a set temperature in direct or indirect heaters, emulsion treaters, reboilers, steam generators, heat exchangers, cooler shutter controls and salt bath heaters, Kimray Temperature Controllers are pilots that sense temperature and send a pneumatic signal, usually to a control valve (burner valve) that will allow more or less fuel gas to a burner.
Non-Freeze Dump Valve
For the discharge of liquid from vessels where freezing may occur due to ambient temperature and/or high pressure drop. The design of this valve allows the trim to utilize vessel heat to help prevent freezing.
Can be used to meter or control flow of liquids and/or gases on meter runs or flow lines. It can be used as a choke under low pressure drop conditions where freezing is not a problem. Used any time a reference control point is required in 64ths of an inch opening.
Pilots and Relays
Kimray offers a wide variety of pilots and relays, each Designed to provide a service that customizes the operation of a valve to your needs. Often used with a Kimray control valve, the pilots work separately to send a signal, activating the valve or another pilot.
