Job Summary: Develops strategies that enable managers to plan, evaluate and develop their human and organizational resources.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develops and implements HR strategy for talent management
  • Manages recruiting campaigns
  • Develops and tracks metrics
  • Coordinates with Marketing department on best practice for social media recruiting techniques
  • Coordinates with department managers to evaluate current hiring needs and forecast future hiring needs
  • Supervises and develops recruiting team
  • Conducts telephone and onsite interviews with perspective candidates
  • Represents company in on and off campus recruitment activities
  • Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health Safety and Environmental team member
  • Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years professional Recruiting experience required
  • Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee records
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have intermediate computer and technological skills
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
  • Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
  • Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
  • Must pass background check and drug screen
