Extreme Customer Service is not only meeting our customers’ needs but anticipating them to the best of our ability and going a step beyond. It is serving our customers with their best interests in mind. This is not only the way we treat external customers, but also the way we treat each other—our internal customers.

Extreme Customer Service is described in Philippians 2:3-4: “Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves. Let each of you look not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.”

This leads to three basic principles we strive to follow here at Kimray when dealing with other team members, distributors, and customers.
